Our search for premium fibres is a tradition. Since the Middle Ages, the Beaucaire fair brought exotic fibres to our region. In the 19th century, we found wools from the Levant and Africa. In 1962, Louis Brun created the first Mohair blanket, made of Turkish goat hair. In 1997 Brun de Vian-Tiran rediscovered the Mérinos d'Arles Antique®, the finest wool in Europe. In 2005 the Louis Brun Collection was created, dedicated to rare fibres: Yangir, Cashgora, Kid Mohair, King Lama, Turkmen Camel...
